Initiate Your Request
Access the 'Orders' section of your LANVIN account or use the guest tracking link to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, authenticity cards, and protective covers are included to maintain the product's integrity.
Affix the Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
